Zoho Email Setup Instructions

iPhone / iPad

o   Open Settings: Go to Settings > Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts (or Settings > Passwords & Accounts on older iOS).

o   Add Account: Tap Add Account

o   Enter Credentials: Type in your email address (if you’re prompted to sign in using Accounts on your other devices, DO NOT CHOOSE THAT OPTION.  Just type your full email address and click “Next”)

o   Choose your Provider:  Click “Microsoft Exchange”

o   Click Next

o   Sign In/Configure: Choose "Configure Manually"

o   Enter your password

o   Server: msync.zoho.com

o   Leave “Domain” blank

o   Username : Enter your email address

o   Sync Data: Select the items you want to sync (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes) and tap Save

o   It should say “Account Added”

 

Your email is now setup
